Request Regarding Email Reception Settings and Seminar Participation

Currently, we have confirmed cases where emails sent from LaShade are not being delivered correctly to some customers using carrier email addresses (e.g., @docomo.ne.jp / @ezweb.ne.jp / @softbank.ne.jp).

If you are using a carrier email, it may be automatically blocked by spam filters, so please set your "reception permission settings" in advance.
Additionally, if you do not receive an email within 3 business days after applying, please check your spam folder and then contact us via email or LaShade's official LINE account.
Furthermore, if you have any questions regarding the seminar, please contact us by the day before the seminar.
On the day of the seminar, we may not be able to respond immediately due to seminar operations.
Also, if more than 15 minutes have passed since the start of the seminar, we will not be able to accommodate participation midway through.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, we will guide you through a transfer course (re-attendance fee: 5,500 JPY including tax).
We will continue to strive to improve our guidance so that everyone can participate smoothly.
